Penyuluhan dengan Pendekatan Komunikasi Persuasif untuk Pengendalian Faktor Risiko Sindrom Koroner Akut pada Penderita Diabetes Melitus

Sindrom Koroner Akut (SKA) merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas global, dengan diabetes melitus (DM) sebagai faktor risiko utama. Peningkatan faktor risiko SKA, upaya pencegahan sekunder dan tersier menjadi krusial. Namun, tantangan utama dalam pengendalian faktor risiko ini terletak pada pengetahuan penderita DM terhadap perubahan gaya hidup dan regimen pengobatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu agar pasien DM memiliki pengetahuan yang komprehensif terkait pengendalian faktor resiko terjadinya SKA. Metode kegiatan berupa penyuluhan dan pendampingan di Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular (Posbindu PTM) Puskesmas Waipare Pada Tanggal 20 Juni 2025, sebanyak 32 lansia terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Pengetahuan diukur menggunakan kuesioner dan dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pada saat pretest pengetahuan terbanyak terkait terkait pengendalian faktor resiko terjadinya SKA yang paling banyak adalah dalam kategori kurang baik sebanyak 16 orang (50%), akan tetapi setelah mendapat penyuluhan dan pendampingan pengetahuan terbanyak yaitu pada kategori baik sebanyak 20 orang (62,5%). Setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan dan pendampingan keperawatan dengan pendekatan komunikasi persuasif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait pengendalian faktor risiko SKA pada penderita diabetes melitus di Posbindu PTM Puskesmas Waipare.
