Alterium: Journal of Language, Literature, and Culture is a scientific journal that publishes research results and theoretical studies in the fields of language, literature, and culture with critical, interpretative, and interdisciplinary approaches. This journal focuses on the exploration of diversity, cultural plurality, and the dynamics of meaning formation and negotiation in texts, discourse, and social practices.

ALTERIUM accepts articles discussing linguistic issues both theoretical and applied, literary theory and criticism, cultural representation, identity, ideology, postcoloniality, globalization, as well as the relationship between language, text, and society. This journal applies a double-blind peer review system and is open access.

Submission Requirements:
  • The manuscript must be original and has not been published elsewhere.
  • Must use the provided Alterium Template.
  • Citations must use citation management tools (Mendeley, Zotero, etc.).
  • The manuscript must have passed similarity checking (Turnitin/Similarity Check).
Automatic Rejection:
  • Manuscript does not align with the journal's Focus and Scope.
  • Does not follow the format or author guidelines (Template).
  • Does not meet basic administrative requirements.
