About the Journal

Polyglot: Journal of Linguistics, Literature, and Language Education is a scholarly journal managed by the Lia Center of Research and Education. The journal is dedicated to publishing high-quality research articles that cover three main fields: linguistics, literature, and language education. We accept manuscripts written in Indonesian or English and strongly encourage studies that adopt a multi-language or comparative approach. The journal's scope is broad, encompassing key topics such as theoretical linguistics, applied linguistics, systemic functional linguistics, literature analysis, second language acquisition, foreign language teaching and learning, language testing, computer-assisted language learning, artificial intelligence and language pedagogy, language and Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), language learning models and strategies, language teacher development, language curriculum and material development, language and neuro-psychology, and language therapy. With its wide-ranging scope and clear focus, Polyglot is committed to the highest standards of editorial excellence, ensuring that every published article undergoes a rigorous peer-review process to maintain its quality and scholarly integrity.

Before Make a Submission


Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not being considered for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to Polyglot: Journal of Linguistics, Literature, and Language Education. The author must ensure that the submitted manuscript has been prepared using the Polyglot Template. Manuscripts must also have been corrected with a similarity check (similarity check or Turnitin). Reference writing must use citation manager tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, Ref-Works, Bib-Text, etc. Any manuscript that does not meet the author's guidelines, focus, and scope, that is written in a different format, and does not meet the administrative requirements will be immediately rejected. The only manuscript that meets Polyglot standards will be further processed.
